ONLY EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED.  NO REFUNDS

There is a 7 -day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after delivery to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will ship out the new item, once we receive the returned item. 

The following does not qualify for exchange:

  • Custom embroidery/engraving or altered items.
  • Apparel with visible signs of wear or use, stains, perfumes or pet hair.
  • Clearance items marked "final sale"

NO EXCHANGES will be issued for any item that fails to meet the standards listed above. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.

There is no extra cost to exchange an item unless the replacement is a higher price.
