Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? 

Yes, we offer immediate order cancellations up to 24 HOURS after purchase. If you change your mind within that timeframe, send us a message, and we will cancel the order and refund you in full as soon as we get your request. Once your order has been processed, we cannot offer any cancelations due to shipping times. 

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

ONLY EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED.  NO REFUNDS

There is a 7 -day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after delivery to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will accept returns of new and unworn items with original tags within 7 days of delivery to your address. In addition, any footwear returns must be shipped double-boxed in the original retail box they came in.   

We strive to ensure satisfaction with your purchase; contact info@scrubsunlimitedapparel.com and our support team will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process. Please read our return policy in full. 

The following does not qualify for exchange:

  • Custom embroidery/engraving or altered items.
  • Apparel with visible signs of wear or use, stains, perfumes or pet hair.
  • Clearance items marked "final sale" 

 

What types of Payments do you accept?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Affirm, Afterpay, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay.  More payment options are coming soon.

 

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged? 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@scrubsunlimitedapparel.com. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, new, unworn, and with original tags. There is no extra cost unless the exchange item is a higher price. See our detailed return policy.
